You must be prepared to answer this question well. Suppose you are asked this question at the initial part of your interview. So, you got the chance to showcase your greatest strengths even before they check your other skills. You can take the interview to the ally where your strength lies. Also, avoid any lame strengths that are not relevant to the job at all. Like your strength to score from a distance in basketball while you are applying for a desk job.

Too Modest

Especially for the Introverts, they might not feel confident about their strengths. They even might be unaware of the strengths they possess. But for most of the jobs, it is important that you are confident about your strengths and bold enough to present them. With preparations, even the introverts can pull out some real strengths and can present them in a confident manner.

Lack of Awareness

How to Present Your Greatest Strengths

So, you got a big list of strengths that can be presented in an interview. Would you present them all at a time like you are the superman? Don’t make that mistake. Rather just choose 4 to 5 or even 3 to 4 very good strengths which you really feel is in yourself and matches perfectly with the job role. In this, you have to be prepared for follow-up questions regarding those solved issues. Make sure you have solid examples related to your job.
